Position Summary:
SCD Information Technology LLC is seeking candidates for the position of Electronic Security Lead Operations Manager. This position oversees the implementation and management of electronic security teams and systems, ensuring the safety and security of assets and personnel. This role involves leading security teams, developing security strategies, managing projects, and ensuring compliance with regulations. They are also responsible for incident response, risk assessments, and maintaining security systems.

Responsibilities: 
•    Managing and supervising security personnel, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations. 
•    Developing and implementing security policies and procedures, as well as conducting risk assessments. 
•    Overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of electronic security projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. 
•    Responding to and investigating security incidents and breaches, coordinating with law enforcement and emergency services as needed. 
•    Ensuring the proper functioning of security systems, including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems. 
•    Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. 
•    Managing security budgets and resources. 
•    Overseeing the training and development of security personnel, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge.
