Position Summary:
SCD Information Technology LLC is seeking candidates for the position of Electronic Security Foreman. This position manages and supervises the installation, maintenance, and repair of electronic security systems, including access control, CCTV, and intrusion detection. They lead teams, ensure work is completed safely and efficiently, and contribute to project planning and documentation. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and knowledge of various electronic security systems and components.
Responsibilities:
• Directing and supervising electronic security technicians, ensuring they have the necessary tools and training to complete their tasks safely and efficiently.
• Overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of electronic security systems, from start to finish, including documentation and reporting.
• Providing technical guidance and troubleshooting support for electronic security systems, including access control, CCTV, and intrusion detection.
• Installing, configuring, and testing electronic security systems, ensuring they meet project specifications and safety standards.
• Performing routine maintenance, preventative maintenance, and repairs on electronic security systems and components.
• Preparing and maintaining documentation for all aspects of the electronic security systems, including installation, maintenance, and testing.
• Ensuring that all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Interacting with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress.
• Ensuring that the necessary materials and equipment are available on-site and properly stored.
• demonstrated capability to review project documents (blueprints, specifications, etc.) to understand the scope of work and technical requirements.
