Position Summary:

Responsibilities:
- demonstrated capability to review project documents (blueprints, specifications, etc.) to understand the scope of work and technical requirements.
- knowledge of conducting site visits to assess existing conditions, identify potential challenges, and gather information for accurate estimations.
- ability to develop detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and other project-related expenses.
- prepare comprehensive proposals that include technical specifications, timelines, and cost breakdowns.
- collaborate with clients to understand their security needs and address any questions or concerns.
- work closely with sales, engineering, and project management teams to ensure project alignment and successful execution.
- must possess a strong understanding of electronic security systems, including access control, surveillance, intrusion detection, and networking protocols.
