SCDIT is seeking a skilled Configuration Manager 2 (CM2) and Configuration Manager 3 (CM3) with a strong background in software configuration management, agile development, and CI/CD to join our dynamic and growing team. The CM2 will support a key contract that provides a large Intelligence Community agency with system engineering and technical assistance services in conducting activities within the processing and analytics mission.

Responsible for configuration management (CM) of developmental and operational systems. Works on developmental and operational teams to create and maintain configuration baselines (development, test, production, etc.) supporting developmental and operational systems. Uses or recommends automated CM tools to implement CM policies and procedures. Develops or modifies CM plans, policies, and procedures tailored to the complexity and scope of the developmental or operational system. Implement CM discipline for the entire life cycle of systems from initial requirements/capabilities baselines to system end-of-life. Perform change control and configuration audits.

Uses or recommends automated CM tools to implement CM policies and procedures. Develops or modifies CM plans, policies, and procedures tailored to the complexity and scope of the developmental or operational system. Responsibilities:
- Responsible for SW Configuration Management of third-party OEM and USG HPC software stacks and firmware using GitLab.
- Manage the execution of all review boards, managing change requests and defects from creation to completion; making sure code changes are implemented into the software code following configuration management processes. Ability to understand and communicate change requests and issues to the boards.
- Create and maintain configuration baselines across multiple systems in multiple locations.
- Develop or modify CM plans, policies, and procedures tailored to the complexity and scope of the developmental system. Implement version control processes, policies, and procedures. Work with software teams to maintain, validate, and audit processes and procedures in Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and software integration framework.
- Active TOP SECRET/SCI with Polygraph Security Clearance
- CM2: Six (6) years’ experience as a CM in programs.
- CM3: Eight (8) years’ experience as a CM in programs.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Four (4) years of additional configuration management experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
- The candidate must have the ability to become a certified Data Transfer Agent (DTA).
- One (1) year of experience using a source code control system for a developmental program is desired.
