Facilitate the design and configuration of the new Agency Cloud Human Capital Management System (HCMS) to align with HR processes and policies. Lead the implementation and configuration of HCM Cloud modules, such as Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, and Onboarding.
Assist with the development of functional requirements from Business Process Redesign (BPR) sessions and document in JIRA for review and approval.
Develop, test, and migrate configurations in lower system environments using applicable migration tools to obtain User Acceptance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and configure cloud application architectures that align with business objectives.
Update and maintain configuration workbooks for new requirements and change requests.
Contribute to updating relevant Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) for government delivery.
Coordinate the resolution of action items from Configuration Control Board (CCB) meetings, design reviews, program reviews, and test reviews that require cross-discipline coordination.
Ten (10) years of experience facilitating the design configuration of systems, including development, testing, and migrations
Strong oral and written communication
Demonstrated capability and success working in team environments
Good working knowledge of MS Office applications
Bachelor’s Degree in Communications Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, or similar degree
(5) years of additional experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree
Includes Top Secret/SCI with FS Poly Required
Active Security + CE / IAT Level II or higher certification required
Experience with JIRA
Experience with PeopleSoft, Oracle HCM, or other HCMS
Experience in Agile software development practices and Cloud Computing architectures
In lieu of PeopleSoft/HCM experience, a motivated self-starter who is willing to learn Oracle SaaS applications.
