SCD Information Technology is seeking a skilled Tier 1 Help Desk Candidate to join our team in Annapolis Junction, MD.
This candidate will be working within an Oracle HCM Cloud Suite, delivering both customer service and technical resolution to recruiters and employees navigating throughout the HCM.

Qualifications:
Must Hold an Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
Associate degree in Computer Science or related field, or comparable work experience
Strong working knowledge or familiarity of computer systems, hardware, and software
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office product suite
Previous and/or current Human Resources experience
Minimum Required Certification: CompTIA Security + CE (IAT 2) or greater
